General Shipping Info

 

1.Shipping address should be input in English without any special symbols to help the courier company recognize your address in the system. We will ship according to the shipping address you provided, please notify us any address change before your order is marked "Processing" to avoid parcel loss.

2.Please contact our customer service staff immediately if you need to cancel or altered an order. Once your order has reached "processing" status, it can no longer be canceled or altered in any way. To avoid complications, please recheck your shopping cart before checkout.

3.With standard courier practice, you need to check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not we can't be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred in transit.

After-sales service

In general, we provide a one-year warranty for most boards. However, it is important to note that if the chip is damaged, you will need to pay an additional price, depending on the value of the chip.


Order Status

Pending/ Waiting for T/T - Your payment has not been cleared. Providing payment receipt can help us to process your order quickly.

Preorder – Your order contains preorder items, the whole order will be shipped together by default. You can see estimated delivery time on the product page. Please also be aware the pre-order schedule might change under notification.

Processing (Backordered) - Few items of your order are out of stock. It need backorder. Please contact us if you want to ship available items first.

Shipped - When your order status is marked as "shipped", your order is on its way to courier (DHL, EMS, HK post etc). You should receive a tracking number when your order is under this status.

Premium Express: Fedex / UPS / DHL 
 -General delivery time: 5 ~ 7 Days 

Standard Express: YunExpress / EMS / 4PX / SF Express 
 -General delivery time: 10 ~ 15 Days

When will my order ship?

Our products usually ship within 1-3 business days from Shenzhen China. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
 

Do you offer other ways to purchase?

We have shipped some products locally to solve the problem of customs clearance hassles for our customers.
Nowadays, we have areas to send via Amazon: U.S.A, Europe.
Further efforts are being made to support other regions.


My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes EMS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
 

Can I cancel my order/change a delivery address? 

Contact customer service within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel it or change the delivery address.

Normally, we will ship ithe kit to you within 12 hours. If your order has already started shipping, then cancellation of the order will not be supported.
 

How are shipping rates calculated?

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  1.      The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  2.      The item you received was not as described.
  3.      The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to U.S.A. , all European countries and more. If you are unable to find the country you need to deliver to in the delivery selection, please contact [email protected]
 

Will my package be charged customs?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value.
These fees are not included in your youyeetoo order and/or shipping total. youyeetoo assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or give away items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

 

Warranty & Return 

With youyeetoo, you can be sure of the consistent, product that meets high quality and safety, delivered in spec and on time. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date of shipment. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused and undamaged and all packaging, labels must remain intact and be attached with the item. If your item is found to be faulty within 12 months warranty, you have a manufacturer warranty from the date of shipment and permanent technical support. 

30 Days No Reason Returns

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of shipment. For all eligible returns, item(s) must be unused and undamaged and labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.

We can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs, to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.

To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at [email protected] stating your reason for return and attach images/video of the product, provide your order number. Once your request is approved. you can return the item to our warehouse and we may request the tracking numbers of your item(s).

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Order Cancellations

Order Cancellation before Shipment:

If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Contact us via [email protected]  to have your order canceled immediately. Please provide the order details, including the order number, receiver's name and/or email address. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.

Order Cancellation after Shipment:

No, the order can't be canceled after shipment. If orders are rejected at delivery,  you will receive a full refund minus a shipping fee after we receiving your returned item.

Returned&Exchange Products

Please notify us in advance for any of the following returned reasons, so we can anticipate that return or exchange. For more than the warranty period, the customer needs to pay for after-sales repair postage and replacement postage by the consumer.

Defective Item:

If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, we want to quickly correct the problem, please contact us at [email protected]  before returning the item. We will, upon request, replace the item or issue the full refund.

Received the Wrong Item:

We follow careful order picking procedures to ensure every item in your order is correct, but occasionally we do make mistakes. You can choose to keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we may offer you a free-of-charge return shipping label. After receiving your returned item, please send us an email to [email protected]  indicating your order details. We will, upon request, send you the correct item.

Item Damaged During Transit:

In the unlikely event your item arrives at you in less than perfect condition, please reject the delivery immediately and get in touch with us at [email protected] . We will work with the shipping company and expedite your new replacement order. Alternatively, a full refund or exchange can be requested after we’ve submitted a damage claim with the shipping company and receive confirmation. We may require images and/or videos of the defective product.

Missing or Lost Item:

If you suspect your package is missing or lost, please email our customer service team at [email protected]  with the order number as well as the tracking number so that we can initiate a lost package claim. This claim will help in the recovery of your missing or lost package.

Repairs

If you find any performance issue with the product which is covered by this Limited Warranty within the 12 months warranty period from the date of shipment, youyeetoo will provide repair service free of charge or replace defective components. youyeetoo will undertake one-way shipping cost. Regarding the quality issue found at the products which do not apply to this limited warranty, youyeetoo will provide charged repairing and service fees. All the charges related to repair, shipping and handling will be borne by the customer.

Warranty Exceptions

This limited warranty &free repair service do not cover products that are out of warranty repair (Warranty period) and do not cover any damage caused by:

  1. Any failure of the product because the operating environment does not match the relevant national standards, including but not limited to overvoltage, overcurrent, lightning, high temperature, extremely high humidity, vibration.
  2. External causes such as earthquakes, fires.
  3. Unexpected factors or human behaviors such as liquid contact, abuse, oxidation, rust.
  4. Failure to follow the product instructions to install, use, maintain, store the product.
  5. Unauthorized modifying, decomposing, and assembly of the product.
  6. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
  7. Including but not limited to other non-design, technical, manufacture, quality issues.

Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

  1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number.
  2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
  3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.
  4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
