Introduction

This battery management solution is intended for all types of devices that require the use of the built-in battery function and commercially available computer motherboards that do not have a battery management function.
The battery management program is designed for all kinds of devices that need to use the built-in battery function and use computer motherboards without battery management functions.
In plug-and-play mode, users only need to connect the power adapter and lithium-ion battery pack, and then the lithium-ion battery pack can be easily managed by the Windows power management function (laptop mode) through the USB interface.
Windows' own power management function (laptop mode) manages the Li-ion battery pack.
The built-in status view interface of Windows system, good system compatibility, automatic adaptation to user's language, no need to install additional monitoring software and maintenance (plug and play).

1. 1. Supports the use of smart battery packs with communication capabilities (with SBS communication signals), providing high-precision battery capacity values and battery monitoring data (only for TPBM-1210D).
   2. Supports the use of ordinary lithium battery packs without communication capabilities (with only positive and negative lines), providing estimated values for convenient battery voltage and other data (only for TPBM-1210DG).
   3. Supports plug-and-play for various versions of Windows, including WinXP, WinServer, Win7, Win8/8.1, Win10, Win11, etc.
   4. Supports plug-and-play for Ubuntu 18.04 and above versions.
   5. Utilizes the operating system's built-in power management function for automatic monitoring (i.e., laptop mode).
   6. Adopts a USB 2.0 interface, no need to install additional software, supports hot-swapping (requires standard connectors), and plug and play.
   7. Supports real-time power-on and controlled power-on modes of the motherboard, as well as fault-tolerant shutdown modes.
   8. Supports computer hardware platforms compliant with the USB2.0 specification operating systems, including x86, ARM, MIPS, etc.
   9. Utilizes the operating system's comprehensive crisis handling mechanism, allowing users to set handling mechanisms based on the remaining battery capacity, including standby, hibernation, shutdown, etc.
   10. In plug-and-play mode, it can reflect the status of the external adapter and the remaining capacity of the battery pack, providing users with more considerate battery power information.
   11. Operating systems that do not support plug-and-play (see Section 9 for the system support list) can also install the NUT driver to query battery capacity, remaining working time, and external adapter status, and perform low battery crisis handling for the system.
   12. For other non-plug-and-play operating systems, serial communication is available to query battery capacity and status data through the serial port protocol.
