The NanoPi R5C (as “R5C”) is an open-sourced mini IoT gateway device with two 2.5G, designed and developed by FriendlyElec.It is integrated with a Rockchip RK3568B2 CPU, 4GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 32GB eMMC flash. It supports booting with TF cards and works with operating systems such as FriendlyWrt etc.
The NanoPi R5C has rich hardware resources with a compact size of 58 x 58 mm. FriendlyElec has released a carefully designed custom CNC housing for it. It has one HDMI port. It works with Android, Ubuntu Desktop Buildroot, etc, and works with headless systems as well. It supports decoding 4K60p H.265/H.264 formatted videos.
The NanoPi R5C has one M.2 E-Key port and two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports. It is an ideal portable drive for saving images and videos.
