TB-RK3588X integrates Rockchip's latest flagship System-on-Chip (SoC) RK3588, which is built on ARM architecture and unites a quad-core Cortex-A76 with a quad-core Cortex-A55 CPU, G610 MP4 GPU, and a 6 TOPs NPU. The chip embeds powerful hardware engines that support 8K@60fps H.265/VP9 decoding, 8K@30fps H.264 decoding, and 4K@60fps AV1 decoding, as well as 8K@30fps encoding for both H.264 and H.265. It comes equipped with a high-performance JPEG codec and dedicated image pre- and post-processing capabilities.
The RK3588 features an advanced full-hardware ISP capable of handling up to 48MP images, incorporating multiple algorithm accelerators such as HDR and 3A, extensively used in graphic post-processing tasks. Furthermore, the third-generation self-developed NPU supports mixed INT4-to-FP16 computation, offering high compatibility with mainstream model frameworks.
The TB-RK3588X adopts a core-board and base-board design, connecting through an MXM3 14Pin interface to form an industrial motherboard. It boasts a rich array of expansion interfaces, fully leveraging the high-performance attributes of the RK3588 SoC, making it directly applicable for rapid development and deployment in intelligent product designs.
