Introduction

TF02-Pro-W is a single point ranging LiDAR specially developed for level detection, based on the ToF principle, with a 25m detection range and cm level detection accuracy. Supplied with a unique dust removal cleaning brush, which automatically cleans the LiDAR front panel lens regularly to solve dirt problems and can maintain range detection accuracy in dusty environments.

TF02-Pro-W IP5X rated LiDAR

Industrial Level, Detection Range 0.1-25m

The optimized optical design and adaptation algorithm of TF02-Pro-W ensures the stability and accuracy of detection performance under different reflectivity backgrounds and different ambient temperatures and achieves stable detection results without interference from ambient light outdoors. The product is equipped with a unique dust-removal wiper, which can maintain the ranging accuracy in heavy dust environments.

Compact, Low Power Consumption, Self-cleaning

TF02-Pro-W is small and easy to integrate and install, supports battery power, with a self-cleaning function, and reduces manual maintenance costs.

IoT Silo Level

Based on the ToF principle, non-contact detection, to avoid material and sensor pollution; 3° FoV, to improve the ranging accuracy of the silo monitoring.

The on-demand dust-removal operation, remote inspection, safe, reliable, and efficient

Customers can control the LiDAR immediately by sending a command for dust removal, modifying the wiper swing times, and saving the settings. Remote inspection of material level data to realize the monitoring of discharge and inventory, improve the degree of inventory informatization, and efficiently arrange material supply.

Supports multiple communication interfaces, data transmission solutions, and battery power

TF02-Pro-W supports UART, I²C, RS485 communication interfaces, and Modbus protocol for easy system integration. We can provide LoRaWAN, 4G, Wi-Fi, and other data transmission solutions. TF02-Pro-W supports battery power, no additional wiring is required.
